Located beside the Waterworks at Ocean Bay Estate, Lafiaji, Heron’s Beak, our first vertical development consists of twenty-four (24) units of two-bedroom and sixteen (16) units of three-bedroom medium-rise apartments.

Heron’s Beak was designed as a rental property investment ideally suited to leverage the values in the neighborhood. Despite the Covid-induced economic challenges, work commenced in May 2020, and Heron’s Beak was handed over to the new homeowners on the 18th of February 2022. There are currently 18 residents at Heron’s Beak as at April 2022.
